About Us
Our Vision
Out & Amp'd was established as a North Carolina non-profit corporation on February 12, 2025. your donations will provide financial assistance to help us support and expand our programs.
Out & Amp'd has applied for federal charitable tax-exempt status under IRC 501(c)(3) and is expecting to receive a determination letter that it is a valid non-profit organization in accordance with the standards and regulations of the Internal Revenue Service and therefore exempt from taxation. It's tax identification number is 33-3397218.
To organize volunteer opportunities within the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community, educate the community on local charitable organizations and hold live music fundraisers for the benefit of various local grassroots charitable organizations.
At Out & Amp'd we are dedicated to building community through a shared love of music. We provide a platform for people to find concert buddies, sell or swap tickets, and connect with others who share their musical interests. By eliminating the barriers of attending live events alone, we create a welcoming space where music lovers can build meaningful connections and experience performances safely and inclusively.
